TANK AND STRUCTURE
RFI has designed, fabricated and erected many types of steel structures. Its forte is in building atmospheric, vertical storage tank of the fixed cone roof type, single and double deck floating root types, up to a capacity of over 1 million barrels per tank.
PIPING
RFI is well to fabricate, weld and install product and utility piping for on-plot, cross-country and submarines lines. strict quality control is maintained at all stages in accordance with standards laid down by API, ANSI, and BS.
PLANT AND EQUIPMENT
RFI have assembled, installed and tested many type of industrial plants. It is able to install complete units of crude oil furnace with steam boilers, fired heaters, heat exchanger, pump station, vessel and columns.
INSULATION
RFI While insulation works were originally provided to clients as part of a complete engineering construction service, RFI has since further expanded in this particular area by obtaining the local insulation materials globally. RFI strives to attain the necessary technology for insulation work to keep abreast with the standards in developed nations.
EPCC PROJECTS (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning)
RFI undertakes Turnkey construction that include engineering design, procurement, construction and commissioning work. The scope of work covers civil. Building, Steel structure, piping, tankage, equipment installation, painting, insulation, wrapping, electrical and instrumentation.
