    Underwater Cutting - Welding

    RFI process of underwater oxygen cutting is achieved with a special underwater "nipper" which is connected to electricity and oxygen supply. The cutting capability, as far as the thickness is concerned, is almost unlimited as the deeper the flame penetrates, the faster the cutting process becomes.

    The underwater oxygen cutting can be applied in chains and pillars cutting, cutting parts of vessels etc.

    Vessel cleaning and maintenance

    Cleaning the waterline with scraper and sponge or a hydraulic single brass. Polish of the propellers, axes and other parts of the vessel. Repairs, such as installation of patches, sealing of suctions, replacement of the ax etc.

TANK AND STRUCTURE
RFI has designed, fabricated and erected many types of steel structures. Its forte is in building atmospheric, vertical storage tank of the fixed cone roof type, single and double deck floating root types, up to a capacity of over 1 million barrels per tank.


 PIPING 
RFI is well to fabricate, weld and install product and utility piping for on-plot, cross-country and submarines lines. strict quality control is maintained at all stages in accordance with standards laid down by API, ANSI, and BS.


 PLANT AND EQUIPMENT 
RFI have assembled, installed and tested many type of industrial plants. It is able to install complete units of crude oil furnace with steam boilers, fired heaters, heat exchanger, pump station, vessel and columns.

RFI While insulation works were originally provided to clients as part of a complete engineering construction service, RFI has since further expanded in this particular area by obtaining the local insulation materials globally. RFI strives to attain the necessary technology for insulation work to keep abreast with the standards in developed nations.
